Each individual may hold only one active rc777 Account at any time. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. rc777 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, rc777 reserves the right to permanently close all associated Accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds held therein.
rc777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of your Account lifecycle. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following: a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport; proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months); and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Account. rc777 reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been completed to rc777's satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. rc777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. rc777 does not accept payments via cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or any payment method not listed as currently approved on the Platform's deposit page.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. rc777 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which rc777 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your rc777 Account. rc777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Delays may occur during peak periods, Indonesian national public holidays, scheduled banking system maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required. rc777 will notify affected Players via live chat or email where a material delay is anticipated.
rc777 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, confirmation that all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met, and review for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals from Accounts where the source of funds has not been satisfactorily established may be held for up to 14 calendar days pending further investigation.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback awards offered by rc777 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, including stated wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. New Players who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3 and make their first qualifying deposit within the period specified in the active welcome promotion are entitled to claim the welcome bonus published on the Platform at that time.
